Intel Purley 2U Heatsink Passed The System Test At Customer Site

       Last week, we sent out 10 pcs 2U CPU heatsink samples based on the intel purley platform to US customer. The heatsink TPD design is support up to 205W, with 25 CFM air flow rate, and we just got the feedback from customer site that Sinda Thermal's sample passed the system test, and they would like to release an order for the first demand to us soon .    By using zipper fin stack soldered, brazed, or epoxied to a heat sink base to create a comprehensive thermal management assembly. As zipper fins are joined together on both the top and bottom of the fins, they offer higher mechanical stability compared to other fin types such as skived or folded fins.
