5pcs Copper Pipe Liquid Cold Phaj Rau Inverter Txias

     Recently, we are working on the sample build of the 5pcs copper pipe liquid cold plate for inverter cooling solutions. This is for Germany customer's demand released 3 weeks ago, the cold plate uses aluminum base with copper pipe buried in it.  We will finish the rest process and ship out to customer in another few days.

    The failure rate of inverter increases exponentially with the increase of temperature, and the service life decreases exponentially with the increase of temperature. When the ambient temperature increases by 10 degrees, the average service life of theinverter is halved. When the inverter works, the current flowing through  is very large, and the heat generated by the inverter is also very large. The influence caused by its heating cannot be ignored.
